Greetings from the Accommodation Office!
Please apply under Booking Request > New Request.
Below are the terms & condition that apply for check in procedure:
- Submit this form at least 3 working days before proposed return date. Those who just “dropped-by without a confirmed appointment” will not be entertained.
- Same day request for check-in is not allowed.
- The Accommodation Office will check and confirm via return email.
- Resident status, (application from those not on our records will be rejected).
- Any outstanding payments (this will need to be fully paid).
- Please type a valid email address (if any). An email confirmation will be sent to the email provided.
- Check-in only can be made during Operational Hour, Monday-Friday (9.00 am to 7.00 pm). Check-ins during weekends and public holidays are not available except for the following dates:
- 13th September 2025, Saturday
- 14th September 2025, Sunday
- 16th September 2025, Tuesday
- International students who do not have a Malaysian phone number are advised to key in ‘0’. You are later advised to email accommodation@nottingham.edu.my to provide the new phone number once you have it.
- To reschedule the date, please cancel your old request and submit a new request. To cancel your request, please click on the request link sent via email > then click ‘HERE‘ to cancel your booking under Cancellation Request.
- To reschedule the time, you may still check in during the requested date before the office closes. Do not submit a new request.
- For J Block residents (Sipadan Hall - J1, Mabul Hall - J2, Lankayan Hall - J3 , Rawa Hall - J4, Gemia Hall - J5, Perhentian Hall - J6), please check-in at Student Village North - Radius Hub [Google Map|Waze]
- For Block I residents (Tioman Hall - I1, Langkawi Hall - I2, Redang Hall - I3 , Pangkor Hall - I4, Kapas Hall - I5), please check-in at Student Village South - Tioman Hall [Google Map|Waze]
Important Notes
Rental payable upon check-in dates: -
- Check-in before 16th: Rental charged for full month rental.
- Check-in 16th onwards: Rental charged for half-month rental.
For September 2025 only, the Accommodation Office will charge half a month's rental for check-in after 13th September 2025. Please do not send a request for a refund, as the credit note will be carried forward to the next quarterly billing.
