Essential maintenance to the ITAccounts Service

Kindly note that ITAccount service will be unavailable during the following timeframe, as we undertake essential maintenance work for security enhancements:

  • Tuesday 29 November between 2pm – 5pm

The changes set to take place will mean that the ITAccounts service will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes, during this time you will not be able to change your password.
